The core is manually assembled. After assembly, it is pre-pressed first. The core is shaped and then pressed again. The tensioning screw is assembled. The equipment is unloaded and the workpiece is moved out of the workstation for easy removal. (Note: All operations are performed using buttons.) The operation should be convenient and fast to ensure product quality.

1. Fixture power motor: The stepper motor adopts the Chinese Nacron stepper
2. Moving speed: Adjustable from 0 to 30 meters per minute;
3. Length direction stroke: Adjustable from 300 to 1300mm;
4. Width direction stroke: Adjustable from 30 to 300mm;
5. Manual operation of control buttons
6. The pressure is applied by a gas-liquid booster cylinder (Zhejiang Yili). The 1300 model uses two cylinders for compression, and each cylinder can be adjusted to its usage position as needed.
7. The distance the slide table can be moved out after installation: approximately 260mm;
8. The controller adopts a Mitsubishi controller from Japan
